BUILD CONTENT NOT CONTAINER

I really would have loved to write volumes on this, but I doubt if that will really make a difference or impact any better than the few lines I will drop on this.

Build content. Work more on your content than the container. If the content is good, it will create the container that fits it, but it can never happen the other way round. If you are good, people will flock to know you, to hear you, to have something to do with you. As a matter of fact, most of those who may bring you the biggest breaks may be those who only heard about but never saw you before.

If there is anything you must do for yourself this year, to move you faster to your dreams, build content in the direction of the dream that you want to live. Meet people, make them mentors. Read books, apply the lessons in them. Attend seminars and workshop, learn new things at every opportune time. Go back to school if it is necessary for the dream you are working towards. Follow Ola Barnabas, you'll always add to yourself doing so.

Gangaram Mahes, ever heard of him?

Well, I also didn't until very recently. He became popular for something very unusual. A cool guy who doesn't want to harm others, Mahes had only one problem: his appetite. He loved to eat good food. Who doesn't? Only challenge is, Mahes could never pay for his food. He would go to a classy restaurant, order the best and possibly most expensive meal on menu, finest liquor, desserts and all. He would finish eating, and when the waiter comes around with the bill, Mahes would say he is unable and unwilling to pay. TRUE LIFE STORY OF A MIGRANT My name? You can call me Ese. I am eighteen years old, from Edo state. Two months ago, a friend of my aunt came to our house and said she could help me get a job abroad, she said she knows someone there who has been helping other people. We only had to provide about Six Hundred thousand naira for my transport to the Libya. My aunt, my mum and my elder brother all gathered the money and gave me some extra for the trip.
