Whether consciously or unconsciously, the things we do or don’t do every day add up to define the destination that we end up in. A wise man once said, “If a man does not know where he is going, everywhere looks like it.” To achieve greatness in life, I have discovered, is actively predetermined while to be just another person on earth is a product of just living everyday as it comes, and countless there be that live that way. It’s amazing to see envy and jealousy at work in people who do nothing about achieving the success in people they envy. CREATING A PICTURE OF YOUR BUSINESS Everyone who has been able to initiate a business ie have an idea, and activate the idea, will be very happy to have that business mature into a very big one. Every business person, without any exception that I know of, expects this to happen to their business, and most times pray that it happens. By the way, is that not what is called breakthrough? Everyone expects it. Nothing just happens. There are instances of miracles, and there are rooms for it, but, even miracles are planned. You may not be the planner though. To grow your business from its present state to where you desire it to be, it begins with a picture. A clear picture that represents what your desire is is the birthing place of the future of your business. The mouth speaks words, the mind speaks pictures. Anything that your mind cannot conceive, your hand may not attain. The picture of the business in your mind is the future of the business in your hand.

HOW TO ADD MORE VALUE TO YOUR LIFE I must admit that I struggled with the title of this post for a while. I did not just know how exactly to title it to get the message across to you the way I desire. Every day of our lives, we desire to have more of everything except ill and negatives that don’t favour us. I have never met anyone yet who doesn’t want a positive addition in their lives. Yet, this never happens by accident. Nothing really happens by accident. Both happiness and sadness, joy and sorrow, wealth and poverty are all products of actions – people’s actions. Some conscious, others not. The things we have or don’t have today, are products of what we or others have done or didn’t do. In other words, the way you are responsible for whatever becomes of you may be matched with the way others are responsible as well. What you are going through right now may not be because of what you did wrong or right, it may just be a result of other people’s errors. For example,

HOW TO START YOUR OWN BUSINESS AS A GRADUATE The schools of higher learning in Nigeria: Colleges of Education, Polytechnics, Universities, etc, admit over a million candidates each year, and they churn out about as much each year. These people have been trained as good employees with a mindset built for job search and employment in someone else’s venture. The federal, state and local governments with all their ministries, agencies and various parastatals and all what not put together, cannot accommodate more than 20% of these graduates in their employ per year. What happens to the remaining 80% ie assuming that the 20% are totally employed?
